Shipping, Returns, Refunds Policy
All Shipping Charges paid for by the customer. All Shipping charges are estimated. Some products ship in multiple boxes that may or may not be expressed in shipping estimate at checkout. Check with your Sales Rep to verify any shipping questions.
Stock orders ship within 72 hours of Art Approval. The client decides between Ground or Expedited Shipping Services. Default Shipping is Ground Shipping.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
UPS, FedEx, Freight
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the estimated cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Most items cannot be returned due to the custom nature of our productions. Items can be returned with 48 hours if there is a manufacturing defect only. Contact your Sales Rep to request an RMA (Return Materials Authorization). Project Tradeshow reserves the Right to resolve with Replacement or Partial Refund, depending on each request.
All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
