Policy

Shipping 

  • Customers pays for all Shipping Charges, and all Shipping charges are estimated. Therefore, some products ship in multiple boxes that may or may not be expressed in the checkout’s shipping estimate. If you have any questions, check with your Sales Rep to verify any shipping questions.  

Turnaround

Stock orders ship within 72 hours of Art Approval. Therefore the client decides between Ground or Expedited Shipping Services. Default Shipping is Ground Shipping.

Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

UPS, FedEx, Freight

Order Tracking

If the shipping carrier provides a tracking #, we will update your order with the tracking information. Also, please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for your order’s shipping is based on the weight of your products and your location. So, before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the estimated cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance not to place your order if you decide not to.

Returns, Refunds

Most items cannot be returned due to the custom nature of our productions. Therefore, items can be returned with 48 hours if there is a manufacturing defect only. Contact your Sales Rep to request an RMA (Return Materials Authorization). Project Tradeshow reserves the Right to resolve with Replacement or Partial Refund, depending on each request.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on order.
